What is an inside delivery?
An inside delivery is product that has to be hand carted, usually into an office building, residence, or away from a loading / receiving dock.
What are Arizona Cargo's hours of operation?
Normal business hours are from 6:00 AM. to 6:00 PM. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can always be made for after hours service.

How late can a pick up be scheduled and still be delivered same day?
Most pick ups can be delivered same day, but to avoid rush charges please schedule and have ready to pick up by 10:00AM.

I didn't schedule it, but my shipment turned out to be an inside delivery. Will it still get delivered?
No problem, all our drivers carry the necessary equipment for inside deliveries. Additional inside delivery charges may apply.

Yes, our lift gates and electric pallet jacks can put pallets anywhere. Just need a hard surface (concrete or asphalt) to roll on.

How do I set up an account with Arizona Cargo?
Go to "Credit Application" submit credit application either by mail, fax or online and your done. In the event immediate service is needed, other payment arrangements can be made.

Yes, if they still have the 2 pallets at a local hub, Arizona Cargo will pick up from their hub and deliver today.

Yes, this is very common due to the large trucking companies lack of lift gates on their trucks.
Our company needs 3 pallets picked up from Roadway's hub in Phoenix and rushed to Las Vegas, Nevada Convention Center. Does Arizona Cargo offer hot shot service out of state?
Yes, Arizona Cargo will rush or overnight product to California, Nevada, Utah, and all over Arizona.
